The Academic Staff Union of (ASUU) tuesday took a swipe at the 2016 budget presented by President Muhammadu Buhari, declaring that the appropriation bill was a ‘big failure’ in many ways.
The group explained that considering the many national challenges confronting the Nigerian economy, the 2016 budget fell short of expectations of Nigerian citizens in various dimensions.
