1. Amid cheers and tributes, the remains of the late Olubadan of Ibadan, Oba Samuel Odulana Odugade 1, has been committed to mother earth.
The remains of Olubadan, who passed on January 19, 2016 at the age of 101 were yesterday interred in his compound at Igbo Elerin, Ibadan.
The corpse was taken for interment after a funeral service at the Cathedral of Saint Peter, Aremo, Ibadan.
The funeral attracted prominent Yoruba natives from all works of life.
